Excellent lesson with Rory Clayton, even with the lack of sleep last night. Good work from Reuben Lovett, keep focused and you’ll be fine. Good lesson with Emma Williams, nice and smooth and no real issues, excellent work. Finished off with a good rush hour through Worcester with Harriet Butler. Hope the muscles in the left leg are ok?
